Artists to exhibit at Project space in 2017

In the Open call for Artists for Project Space in 2017, The Finnish Museum of Photography received 420 applications – a record number. More than half of the applications were by non-Finnish artists.

The Museum jury chose five exhibitions to be exhibited in 2017. The selected artists are Elis Hoffman (Sweden), Tanja Konstenius (Finland), Sofia Okkonen (Finland), Lorenzo Servi (Italy/Finland) and Marta Zgierska (Poland).

The selection was made by Curator Tiina Rauhala, Intern Max Fritze and Museum Director Elina Heikka.

More information about the exhibitions will be published in Autumn of 2016.

The jury wants to thank all participants for applying! We have sent emails to all participants. In case you have not received an email, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Warm regards,
Tiina Rauhala
Curator
