CONVERSATION GUIDE

If you arrive at the museum without a booking, you can enjoy the expertise of a conversation guide. There is a conversation guide in the exhibition spaces on Saturdays 14:00-16:00 (Feb-May and Sept-Nov).

WORKSHOPS

A workshop is a more active way of approaching the exhibitions at the Finnish Museum of Photography. The basic idea of workshops is learning by doing. This can involve both personal artistic activity, and thinking about and resolving questions in groups.

A workshop leader can be a member of the Museum staff, a teacher running the workshop for his/her own class, an artist or, for instance, a student of photography. Workshops can be held in a classroom, in the exhibition spaces, outdoors or in the Museum's own workshop.
