Bookings must be made at least seven days in advance. They are made in the booking system and paid for at the time of booking.
Payment is made through Paytrail, which offers the following options: (1) online payment via all Finnish banks; (2) bank transfer and payment in installments; Collector ja Jousto (3) card payment; Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Eurocard ja Diners Club and (4) mobile payment: MobilePay.
Companies and organizations with a business ID may be invoiced. Invoicing address and business ID must be given when booking. Schools may also be invoiced for guided tours and workshops. The invoice fee is EUR 10.
The price for a guided tour/workshop does not include admission. Admission must be paid when entering the museum either by presenting a valid Museum Card or using another payment option. NB: When a product price is inclusive of admission, this is stated in the product description.
Bookings may be canceled or changed free of charge three days before the booked date. Guided tours/workshops that have not been canceled will be charged in full. In the case of free groups, the price of an equivalent guided tour/workshop will be charged.
