Phan Nguyen invites guest performer Angel Emmanuel and BIPOC* queer and trans folks to come rest and find joy in the presence of one another.
Sharing their imagination of a permanent home in the setting of a nail salon, Phan unravels stories of shame and belonging while collectively speculating on queer utopias. The performance centres on the subjectivities and gathering of queer bodies in spaces, opening up to other bodies, as a way of resistance and claiming back public spaces.
Free entry.
